I firmly believe that distribution is key. To become successful, there are two main ways to approach it: building an audience for your product or using other platforms for distribution. Building an audience can be difficult and time consuming, and may not be feasible depending on your product. Utilizing other platforms can be costly, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

If you don't have the time to build an audience yourself or don't have the funds to run ads, you can go with the revenue-share approach, like HeyReach did.

With this approach, they sold nearly $200,000 worth of licenses over AppSumo in just 4 days! However, AppSumo takes a cut up to 80% of the revenue generated through their platform, in HeyReach's case it was around 50%. While this may not be as profitable in the long run, it is a great way to get your business off the ground without investing lots of time and money.

For just $3,999/mo, you get a full-time animator or $1,499/mo for part-time, which is 6 videos per month. It's clear that the productized service approach has been a huge success here. To reach a wider audience, they use influencers to advertise their service, but the market itself is vast and offers limitless growth opportunities. Much like Designjoy (which has a MRR of over $100,000) Viralcuts is an excellent example of how productized services can make an impact.

🎯 Campaigns.cafe ($605 MRR)

In just one month, they were able to reach $605 MRR with a simple SEO keyword tracker. Despite the oversaturated market, there is still room to position another SEO tracker. The team behind this tool are SEO specialists and have successfully launched other products such as Journalist ($997 MRR). Rather than taking a gamble on an untested concept, it is more prudent to build an SEO tracker that may not be innovative but can still generate enough income to make a living. As you can see, even though the market is saturated, there are still plenty of opportunities for similar solutions.
